Roy Luongo

Experienced leader/executive with 29 years’ experience leading civilian, military, and contractors in the analysis, planning, and execution of technically complex operations, both within Cyber Operations (CNO) and Advanced Signals Intelligence. 21 years of operational experience on the front lines of offensive and defensive Cyber Operations for the Federal Government, Department of Defense, the National Security Agency, and private sector. In my current role as Deputy CISO, USSS I am responsible for overseeing the Cyber Security and Information Assurance for all components of the United States Secret Service. Prior positions have included Director, Joint Mission Operations Center, United States Cyber Command, Chief NSA Red Team, and Technical Director for Interactive Operations, NSA. As well as, 20 year Military Intelligence Career with the United States Army.
