Paul J. D'Anieri is Professor of Public Policy and Political Science at the University of California, Riverside. Professor D’Anieri is widely considered one of the leading scholars of the study of contemporary Ukraine” Professor D’Anieri's research focuses on politics and foreign policy in the post-Soviet states with particular focus on Ukrainian politics and Ukraine's relations with Russia.
Sydney Kerr is a graduate student at the University of California-Riverside in the Department of Political Science. Sydney’s major fields are Comparative Politics and International Relations with a focus on international conflict.
Douglas London, author of “The Recruiter: Spying and the Lost Art of American Intelligence,” Hachette Books, September 28, 2021, is a 34-year veteran of CIA’s Clandestine Service who retired in 2019. Mr. London served extensively across the Middle East, South Asia, the former Soviet republics, and Africa, including three assignments as a Chief of Station and as a CIA Base Chief in a conflict zone. Mr. London is an adjunct associate professor at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and is a non-resident fellow at the Middle East Institute.
Dmitriy Nurullayev is an assistant professor of government and the principal investigator of the Aspiring Powers Initiative, a multi-year research effort aimed at examining the evolution of revisionist powers, such as China and Russia. In addition to studying the foreign policies of aspiring powers, Dmitriy’s research focuses on the determinants of conflict initiation and termination.

Chet Hosmer is a professor emeritus at the University of Arizona in the Cyber Operations program where he is taught and researched the application of Python and Machine Learning to advanced cybersecurity challenges. Professor Hosmer is also the founder of Python Forensics, Inc. a non-profit organization focused on the collaborative development of open-source investigative technologies using Python and other popular scripting languages.

Dr. Bill Cassidy is the senior United States Senator for Louisiana. Bill grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and attended Louisiana State University (LSU) for undergraduate and medical school. In 1990, Bill joined LSU Medical School teaching medical students and residents at Earl K. Long Hospital, a hospital for the uninsured.
During this time, he co-founded the Greater Baton Rouge Community Clinic, a clinic providing free dental and health care to the working uninsured. Bill also created a private-public partnership to vaccinate 36,000 greater Baton Rouge area children against Hepatitis B at no cost to the schools or parents...
Dr. Daniel C. Tirone is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Louisiana State University. His research interests include the impacts of foreign aid and remittances, civil conflict and terrorism, and the power associated with state financial capabilities. His work has appeared in journals such as the American Journal of Political Science, International Organization, Journal of Policing, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism, Journal of Policy Modeling, and the Journal of Politics.
