Randi Buros, MA, MEd

Limited Term Adjunct Instructor

Randi Buros is a retired military intelligence officer who taught intelligence analysis to enlisted and officer populations at Fort Huachuca. From this he learned (and taught) the value of seeing an event or issue from multiple points of view. His personal intent for his courses is to provide his students the opportunity to learn to support their own points of view with data, understanding, and a solid recognition of the real-world consequences. His interests are international relations theory as a basis of prediction of state behavior, foreign languages, and early Christianity.

He taught the enlisted intelligence analysis course before teaching Counterinsurgency at the officer intelligence course for several years. He now teaches the Instructor Course at Fort Huachuca where he emphasizes adapting teaching styles based on the cognitive needs of his students.
