Jose Alba, MS

Jose Alba is the Principle Consultant for Cambio Consults who partners with executives and physicians to improve both the quality of hiring new stakeholders and to help build future leaders. With both applied and research experience in employee selection and medical leadership, Jose focuses on helping organizations hire candidates who best fit with their mission and future goals.

Jose has presented his work in The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), American Psychological Society (APS), and has also published work in the British Medical Journal. His applied projects focused on physician leadership have been broadcasted across media networks in Northern Colorado and were featured in Medscape.

Jose Alba Holds an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
