Prior to becoming an instructor with the University of Arizona, I spent 11 years in the United States Marine Corps. I began my career as a Special Intelligence Communicator/System Administrator (2651) and Digital Network Analyst (2611) prior to commissioning in March of 2015. Upon commission, I became an Air Intelligence Officer (0207) where I spent 4 years in Yuma, Arizona.
I currently hold the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CASP, CySA+, Security+, Network+, Cloud+, CCENT, Splunk Core Certified User, Certified in Emerging Technologies
Blockchain, and GIAC GASF.
I will be teaching the following courses:
• CYBV 301 Fundamentals of Cyber Security
• CYBV 326 Introductory Methods of Network Analysis
