The Justice and Global Security program prepares you for a rewarding and respected career enhancing national security and promoting justice in a complex and ever-changing world. You will gain the cutting-edge skills to pursue a variety of career opportunities in federal, state, and local arenas. Our justice and global security degree has an innovative, interdisciplinary curriculum taught by a faculty team with strong academic and professional experience. You will be prepared to follow a broad range of occupational pathways that include professions in the foreign service, federal law enforcement, courts and the justice system, criminology, and legislative affairs. Our justice and global security degree takes an interdisciplinary approach to criminal procedure, issues in modern law enforcement, terrorism, immigration, and border security. You start with a Justice and Global Security or Government Service core and then complete elective courses from various disciplines, including human services, intelligence and information operations, and cyber operations. The interdisciplinary program emphasizes research, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
