Graduation

CAST Convocation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 2:00pm in Centennial Hall (Tucson, Arizona). 

We are looking forward to celebrating your graduation from The College of Applied Science and Technology (CAST).

Here is our step-by-step guide to getting ready for your important day.

The College of Applied Science and Technology celebrates graduates in the spring term. We invite all Summer, Fall, and Spring graduates to join us for our convocation ceremony in the Spring term.

Step 1: Mark the Dates

Mark your calendar:

  • CAST Convocation, Wednesday, May 14, 2025, 2:00 p.m.
  • UArizona Commencement, Friday, May 16, 2025, 7:30 p.m.

Step 2: Apply for Graduation

Deadlines for applying for graduation. We hold CAST Convocation in May no matter which semester you apply for graduation.

  • Spring and Summer graduates: Feb. 1 of the intended semester. 
  • Fall and Winter graduates: Sept. 1 of the intended semester.
  • Certificate graduates: No deadline.

Step 3: Speak to Your Advisor

Email your advisor if you have any questions regarding your eligibility for graduation.

Step 4: RSVP for Graduation 

  • Information will be sent to your Arizona email. Be sure to check for link.

Step 5: Purchase Your Regalia

Purchase your navy cap and gown and select the cyan stole and tassel for the College of Applied Science and Technology.

Step 6: Plan Your Trip to Arizona
