Khester is a dedicated and highly accomplished professional in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. With a Ph.D. in Information Technology specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of the Cumberland’s in December of 2023. His other degrees include a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Liberty University and a master’s in business administration and management from Grand Canyon University, demonstrating his multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving.

In his professional journey, Khet has held various key positions, including serving as a Professor of Practice and Adjunct Professor at the University of Arizona, where he contributes to shaping the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. His passion for education and cybersecurity is exemplified as a Cyber Security expert in his role as a Cryptographic Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, leading information systems security efforts and providing vital intelligence to decision-makers. Past roles have included Executive Officer in the U.S. Army and Wireless Field Engineer for AT&T.

With certifications including CISSP, Security+, and CySA+, Khet demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. His passion for cybersecurity, exceptional academic achievement, and extensive real-world experience make him a dynamic leader in the field by continuing to contribute significantly to the growth of both academia and industry.
