Jill Hilton, M.Ed.

Jill's career as a Professional Academic Advisor is deepened by years of experience along with a full, rich life. Her undergraduate degree was successfully completed with highest Summa Cum Laude honors, followed by her Masters's degree with 4.000 distinction. Her professional interests are in communication and engagement, academic success, and training. Her personal life deepens her connection to students and enriches her professional strengths. Similar to many of the students she engages with daily, Jill has a culturally diverse family and has owned many small companies. She had 33 years of military connection with extensive professional and personal travel to many countries, giving her a great appreciation for a global community.

Jill is married with grown children and grandchildren. She enjoys writing, painting, making jewelry, and antiquing. Together with her husband, they have played guitar and piano at many cultural venues.

Jill is diverse and full of vision. She is committed to her fellow team members, invested in the University, and passionate about helping others complete a degree to change the world around them.
