Beth Grimes

Beth is fifth generation cattle ranch family, originally from the Sulphur Springs Valley region. She lived and worked in northern Arizona for almost twenty years and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from NAU as well as a graduate certificate. While at the university in Flagstaff, she worked in different roles: administrative support, first year programs coordinator, and instructor - teaching for the Honors College and the School of Forestry. After two years in Winslow teaching high school social studies, Beth returned to Tucson in 2020 and continued to teach in the Amphi district through the 2023-2024 school year. She is thrilled to be with CAST and back in higher education.
