Asif is a design researcher working at the intersection of human-AI interaction, creative learning and the cyber-physical evolution of designed environments. His work investigates how data-driven and generative intelligence systems can be integrated into creative learning and spatial design practices through interaction-centered frameworks. He focuses on understanding how AI-mediated systems can support the evaluation, development and augmentation of creativity in architecture and related design disciplines.
His current research examines how intelligent technologies are reshaping both learning processes and the physical environments they inform. In particular, Asif explores the design of adaptive, AI-responsive learning environments that bridge digital intelligence with embodied spatial experience. His broader interests lie in interdisciplinary research that advances the future of creative practice, learning systems and intelligent built environments.
