Alison Dougherty, MSW

My name is Alison Dougherty, and I am excited to be advising for the Cyber Operations program with CAST. I originally graduated from the University of Arizona with my Bachelor of Arts. Later, I earned my Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Secondary Education, followed by my Master of Social Work degree. I have over a decade of experience working in various roles in educational settings. For eight years, I taught middle school language arts before transitioning to higher education, working first in student support services at a community college, and then as a Graduation Services Advisor here at University of Arizona. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, hiking, and playing with my dog, Penny.
